RIPP Restraints - Hobble Restraint 1.5" D Ring

Ripp Restraints Model H-100 Hobble With D-Ring is made of 700 LB polypropylene webbed belt with a D-Ring at one end and the other end permanently inserted through a jawed alligator clip. A unique, self locking clip holds the permanent loop in place for use on ankles, knees, and elbows (for decuffing). Use Ripp Restraints Hobble during transport- subject remains seated upright, but can't kick doors and windows.
